ATLANTA, GA, -- CQ Computer Communications, Inc. announced the expansion of its CQ-Sync™ line of synchronous adapter cards with the addition of the CQ-Sync100™ PCI, CQ-Sync200™ PCI, and CQ-Sync300™ PCI adapter cards. The cards work with CQ’s 3270, 3770, and 3780 solutions and are fully compatible with Microsoft’s® 32-bit Windows® operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT®, Windows 98, and Windows 95. The PCI cards have also been tested with the Windows XP operating system and are fully compatible. CQ’s PCI adapter cards and Windows terminal emulation solutions communicate at synchronous speeds from 33.6 Kbps to 128 Kbps.
By introducing these PCI adapter cards, CQ’s solutions are now available for today’s modern PCs that no longer are equipped with ISA bus slots and include PCI bus slots only. CQ has incorporated the PCI technology’s Plug-and-Play procedures into CQ’s applications, thus making PCI card installation and configuration automatic.
